Breakfast
Breakfast is certainly the most important meal. A well balanced breakfast is essential and allows one to restore ones reserves for the challenges of the day ahead.
Ideally breakfast should consist of three elements :
A dairy product - milk, cheese ...which will provide the necessary proteins required for the construction and upkeep of our tissues, and calcium indispensable for the strengthening of our bones ;
- A cereal product - bread, toast, breakfast cereal for energy giving carbohydrates ;
- A drink to rehydrate the system : coffee, tea, water ...
